PhD candidate at Toronto Metropolitan University
Sharon is a PhD candidate (ABD) in Policy Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University and a Senior Research Associate at the Diversity Institute (DI). She holds an M.B.A. from McMaster University and an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University. Sharon’s board experience includes work in the settlement and employment services sector. Her research interests include immigration and labour market policy, skills recognition and advancing equity, diversity and inclusion within organizations and across sectors.
