Project Manager and Knowledge Broker at York University
Naolo Charles is a certified Project Manager and Knowledge Broker at York University. He is working closely with all the teams of the Migration and Resilience in Urban Canada partnership to develop and implement effective knowledge mobilization strategies, tools and activities.
Naolo came to York University with an array of experiences in communications, program management, event organization and business development. Fluently bilingual, Naolo played a key role in developing the Collective Impact stream at the Ontario Trillium Foundation where he helped start the program. Naolo also coordinated internship projects at the Center for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) and he worked as a Communications Specialist for a Service Learning program at the University of Sherbrooke.
Naolo also holds a Master in Environment for which he completed a research project that analyzed knowledge mobilization options for an environmental methodology called life cycle assessment.
