Irene Cloutier is a planning consultant with the City of Montreal's Office of Ecological Transition and Resilience. Through her expertise in urban resilience, communities and organization, she helped develop the Montreal Strategy for a Resilient City, presented in June 2018, while integrating her knowledge into the reflection on resilience. in a sustainable development context. She is involved in the development of the Social Equity and Community Resilience component of the Montreal Climate Plan. Over the past ten years, Irene Cloutier has worked in r and d at Polytechnique Montréal.
