Capacity building project Coordinator at TCRI
Having graduated from Edhec Lille, France with a MBA, Florence Bourdeau changed her career 15 years ago from marketing to community organizations when she landed in Québec.
After 10 years as executive director in an immigration and settlement organization in Montreal, she’s now coordinating a capacity building project at TCRI (table de concertation des organismes au service des personnes réfugiées et immigrantes), the Quebec umbrella organization for agencies serving refugees and immigrants.
Her main focus is to make communities more welcoming for refugees, through training and educational services for frontline refugee service providers and for institutional partners and public education and awareness-raising activities and events.
