| Thursday, March 15th, 2018, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the University of Ottawa, Desmarais Building, Room 4101. Round Table on the Issues of “Racism and Discrimination: A Québec - Ontario Dialogue” Financed by the SQRC and organized by CEPI, Concordia University, Centre on Governance, and the University of Ottawa. This round table will initiate and propose a discussion comparing the ways that community groups and governments in Quebec and Ontario have addressed issues of racism, multiple forms of discrimination; particularly in relation to class, race, gender, immigration status, language, accents, and many more characteristics. This conversation will also allow us to better understand how the two provinces are engaged in the fight against racism and discrimination.
